We want you to love your My Babiie fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
